These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LetUsMeet mobile application and the website letusmeet.in (together, the "Service"), operated by [Legal Entity Name] ("LetUsMeet", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account, and keep it up to date.
• You may hold only one account, and your account is personal to you and non-transferable.

2. The Service

LetUsMeet is a social connection platform that enables users to create a profile, discover other users, express interest, and — where interest is mutual — communicate through in-app text messaging, voice calls and video calls.

3. Credits and payments

• Certain features (messaging, voice calls, video calls) are chargeable and consume credits from your in-app credit wallet.
• Credits are purchased at the rate displayed in the app and on our Pricing page. All payments are processed by authorised third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card or banking details.
• Credits are a prepaid balance for use of Service features only. They are not money, hold no cash value outside the Service, and cannot be transferred to other users.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Community conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame or intimidate any user;
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful or infringes any third party's rights;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age;
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or any unlawful purpose, including solicitation of money from other users;
• Attempt to obtain another user's financial or personal information;
• Interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

5. Safety

We provide in-app tools to block and report users, and we review reports promptly. However, we do not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users — exercise caution and good judgment, and never share financial information with other users.

6. Content and licence

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, profile text). By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations and limitations of liability) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
